How do I get commissioned artwork?

Phase 1: Free 15-minute phone conversation about your idea, vision, and thoughts. We both decide whether we are a good fit. I will give you an approximate quote for the final product at this point. $50.00 to $1000.00 depending on size, intricacy and medium.

Phase 2: Consultation: $20-$100. (Subtracted from the final cost.)
This is a longer conversation. You will fill out a questionnaire to start the creative process with me. I will ask questions intended to get a deeper feel for what you are looking for and what parts of the story you want in the art. At this time you may also send me pictures of elements you would like included (pictures can range from old family photos to google images, etc.). At the end of our consultation, I will set a time frame for the first mockup to be rendered.

Phase 3: Mock-up: I will render a comparable size 1st draft of your piece and show it to you. At this point we discuss changes you would like and get the green light to start the final piece OR you decide you do not like it OR I decide this is not in my wheelhouse (if I am not able to create the piece I will return half your consultation fee) and we will be done and part as friends who had a great conversation.

Phase 4: Half Payment at this point, when you are pleased with the mockup, I will ask for half of the final price of the piece up front. I again will give you a time frame with-in which  I will have your art ready.

Phase 5: Creating our art. As I work on the final rendering, we may talk several times and I will send you pictures of how it’s going along the way.

Phase 6: Final payment and you receive your final piece.
