The Big Story

I moved from art as a hobby to art as a vocation in 2008 when I created 5 pen-and-ink folk icons for Carla Waterman's book, Songs of Ascent. Art gave me a way to hold onto hope as nothing else could. I continue to create using pen, watercolor, oil pastels, and acrylics. I have painted 20 pictures that represent God's story from Creation to New Creation for a confirmation curriculum. My latest venture, Lifescapes, features custom portrait collages on commission.
